Coming off a win in her comeback fight, Erica Paes isn’t taking much time off as she will face Bethe Correia at Jungle Fights in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil June 29. DamadeferroMMA.com reported about the bout Thursday.
Paes (2-1) returned after a eight year absences this past April to get a first round triangle choke submission over Gisele Maciel. Paes is the only one who has defeated Cyborg Justino in her career.
The undefeated Correia (5-0) is coming off an unanimous decision victory over Juliete de Souza Silva just a few weeks ago. She is set to take part in the MMA Super Heroes card in July. Correia agreed to go up to 135 for the fight.
