- In ammy MMA bout at the Pittsburgh Challenge Series on Canonsburg, PA, Annie DeCrescente defeated Jamie Chesney by unanimous decision
- Also in ammy MMA action, Kala Sheehan submitted Mary Rouse rear naked choke in round 1 at MCC in Des Moines, Iowa
- Kristin Gearhart defeated Allanna Jones by unanimous decision in a boxing match in Hammond, Indiana
On Thursday, boxing at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan saw Ayaka Miyao defeated Gretchen Abaniel by unainous decision and Nancy Franco defeated Kayoko Ebata by unanimous decision.

Zoila Gurgel is going back to kickboxing. Gurgel has signed a multi-fight deal with WBC Muai Thai and will make her debut for the promotion in January. The WBC also has InvictaFC’s Miriam Nakamoto under their promotion.
Gurgel will still do MMA and will juggle both sports. She is currently training out of the CSA gym in the Bay Area.

Kelly Kobold sustained a hamstring injury in training, and was the reason she dropped off the InvictaFC card. Kobold posted on the UG forums she will be out 6-8 weeks.

Go Fight Live 2013 Award nominees have been posted. Nominees for the female MMA fighter of the year are: Racahel Cummins, Shannon Culpepper, Katy Collins, Rebecca Heintzman, Jen Lopez, and DeAnna Bennett.
For female Muay Thai Fighter of the year: Jessica Ng, Angela Chang, Kate Allen, Gianna Smith, Laurel Holloway, and Laura Dejean.
Laurel Holloway versus Christina Peteraf at Warriors Cup XVIII is up for Muay Thai Fight of the Year.

Ammy MMA
Three female title bouts will be featured at Tuff-n-uff in Vegas Friday. The main event will feature “Ultimate Fighter” assistant coach Marina Shafir taking on Tabitha Patterson for the featherweight title. The atomweight belt will be on the line as Kyra Batara faces Cheyanne Vlismas. In the finals of the featherweight tournament, Shannon Reid battles Jessica Zomcik.
The matches will stream on Tuff-n-uff’s UStream channel for $10.

Boxing
Two title matches are set for Coacalco, México Saturday.
Zulina Munoz will try to defend her WBC super flyweight title for the 5th time as she takes on Marisa Johanna Portillo. Munoz (39-1) is riding a 24 fight win streak, while Portillo (15-8-2) has back to back TKOs.
The other bout will be for thevacant IBF female bantamweight title as Janeth Perez (18-2-2) takes on Galina Koleva Ivanova (14-7-3).
