Amber Stautzenberger is looking for her fifth straight win as she faces Lynn Alvarez at DakotaFC January 11 in Fargo, ND. Stautzenberger announced the fight Sunday.
Stautzenberger (4-1) is coming off a huge win over InvictaFC vet Lacey Schuckman by decision a few weeks ago at XKO in Texas. She is on the verge of the strawweight rankings and another win would strengthen her case.
Alvarez (5-3) is coming off back to back losses to the #1 and #2 ranked strawweights in the world (Jessica Aguilar and Carla Esparza respectfully). She has wins over Invicta atomweight champ Michelle Waterson and InvictaFC signee Michelle Ould.
