ADCC Champion Michelle Nicolini Returns to MMA in February

The 2013 ADCC World Grappling champion Michelle Nicolini will make her way back to the cage next month.

Nicolini will face English fighter Lanchana Green at Made4theCage event in Houghton, England February 22. Damadeferro.com reported the match Tuesday.

Nicolini (1-0 MMA) is a multiple time world BJJ champion, and is a black belt under Robert Drysdale. The Brazilian won back to back BJJ world titles before getting the ADCC crown this past October. Her MMA debut was in 2011, getting a first round armbar submission over Cristina Mejia.

Green (9-7 Muay Thai) is making her MMA debut. The British standout standout is the strength and conditioning coach at “The Lab Martial Arts” in Darlington, England.

The fight will take place at 115 pounds. No word on if the match will be streamed.
