Holly Holm looks to gain her first MMA title as she will take on Brazilian Julie Werner at Legacy’s debut in Albuquerque, NM April 4th. The promotion announced the title match Friday.
The pound for pound boxing champ turned MMA fighter Holm (6-0) has yet to be challenged, KO-ing her first 5 opponents. Her most recent victory was over Angela Hayes by unanimous decision.
Werner (7-3) is looking to upset the talented striker. The Muay Thai specialist is on a five fight win streak with 4 finishes.
The match will air on AXS TV April 4.
