Having trained in BJJ since age 15, Miriam Cardoso only took 3 months to win her first national title in Brazil. The black belt has won 5 world titles and has made her home in Redmond, WA.
Cardoso will try her hand at MMA when she takes on Katie Howard in what will be Cardoso’s pro debut.
We talked to Cordoso about making the transition to MMA and helping to train the next generation of BJJ champions.
